Marvin's Garage Door is a family owned and operated business that was founded in 1970 in East Bend, NC.
My grandfather, Marvin Brown, had a vision of starting a local door company to serve the Piedmont of North Carolina. After the passing of my grandfather in 1988, my mom & dad, Lloyd & Kathy Davis, kept the family vision going and became the industry leader in garage doors & opener sales, service & installation.
As a young child I always looked up to both my grandfather and my dad as men of integrity, who instilled in me the drive to take over the family owned business. Since 1995 we have grown our residential business and taken the commercial business by storm.
We are excited to announce the opening of our new location in Wilkesboro, expanding our service area to include Wilkes, Watauga and Ashe Counties. Our facility is located at 8249 Highway 421 West, and has a beautiful showroom to assist you with the process of selecting a new door or opener.
