- Two years from date of install
- Residential installed Premium Clopay Garage Doors and Liftmaster Operators
- Warranty is workmanship labor warranty
- Exclusions: damage done to door or motor by other, misaligned safety eyes, lighting damage and any act to door beyond its intended use.
